Where is Garden City Beach?
Garden City Beach sits between Surfside Beach and Murrell’s Inlet along the Grand Strand Coast of South Carolina. This community is not an incorporated city despite its name. Permanent residents usually number around 10,000 people. During the summer months, that number can explode. The Beach sits off shore from the larger Garden City community. You also have a short drive to enjoy some of the best golfing in South Carolina. There is something for everyone.
Condominiums and beach houses are the accommodations of choice at Garden City Beach. This is a bit more exclusive area than other communities in the Grand Strand are. You will find condominiums on the beach front starting are around $150,000 and going up. Those located right along the coast go for more than those do a bit inland. A unit located high above will have the views that get a premium price. If you want, a beautiful community to call home, this is the place to come.
