Steeplechase is a small single family home neighborhood located off Whatuthink Road near Forestbrook Road in Myrtle Beach. The community is made up of a few hundred single and two story homes ranging in size from 1200 all the way up to nearly 2700 square feet of living space. Several builders constructed the homes in Steeplechase and there are several floor plans to choose from. The neighborhood started to take shape around the Millennium and the last new home was constructed in the neighborhood around the time the market crashed in 2006.
The current market condition often offer great real estate bargains in Steeplechase and many of the nearby communities.
