St. Charles Place is also known as St. Charles Circle, because that is the only street within this small subdivision. This single family home community was built within the Stonebridge community, and consists of small ranch style homes with one and two car garages for the most part. St. Charles Place is centrally located near the back gate of the old Myrtle Beach Air Force Base, and off of Highway 707 for easy access to Socastee. The association fees in this community are minimal compared to other Myrtle Beach neighborhoods.
