Southgate
Southgate subdivision is off of Carolina Forest Blvd across the street from Walker’s Woods. An established neighborhood of approximately 230 homes, Southgate is in a great location. There is a community clubhouse with pool and children’s play area near the front of the community. Children in the community go to Carolina Forest Elementary, Ocean Bay Middle and Carolina Forest High Schools. There have been a few different developers building in Southgate since its existence. All homes are comparable in price to several neighborhoods in the Carolina Forest Area.
