Between Surfside Beach and Myrtle Beach and located off Highway 17 Bypass just West of Socastee is the much desired community of Queen’s Harbour. This development basically has two sections of homes, and by driving through the neighbor you can explicitly tell the difference between the two sections. In the front of the neighborhood are the small single family homes mostly range from 1400-2000 square feet in living space. In the back section of Queens Harbour are the larger more custom homes with larger home sites and many extras. Of course with the upgraded home, comes a higher price tag. The homes in the back section of Queens Harbour range in size from 2000 to almost 4000 square feet of living space.
The HOA fee in Queens Harbour is minimal with no swimming pool or any other amenities to speak of. The main attractions to this community are the homes and the location to everything that the Grand Strand has to offer. Similar neighborhoods in location and homes would be Surfside Beach Club and possibly Cascades.
