Pinewood Acres is an area of North Myrtle Beach offering mature landscaping and more affordable homes. The community is located west of Highway 17/North Kings Highway between 27th and 33rd Avenues South. It is located less than one mile to the beach and just beside Azalea Sands Golf Course. The homes in this community are of a wide variety of sizes, styles, and ages. Homes in this area were built anywhere from 10 to 40 years ago, and although most of the homes are ranch style, there are also some traditional and contemporary style homes to choose from.
