Pine Ridge is a small neighborhood of single family detached homes in the back of Tarpan Bay located off Forest Brook Road in Myrtle Beach. This community has several older homes and many new homes that were built during the real estate boom of the mid 2000s. Located less than 8 miles from the beach and everything else that Myrtle Beach has to offer, Pine Ridge has the much desired location. The homes within the community are nothing elaborate. However they offer attractive pricing compared to many of the nearby communities, and still makes for a great place to call home.
