Kings Grant is a charming, little community of homes in Murrells Inlet, SC with great access to area beaches, shopping, golf courses, and dining due to its convenient location. Kings Grant is located just off of Highway 17 Bypass, near the Garden City Connector. It is a nice community of single family homes, mostly between the ages of 15 to 25 years. The homes in Kings Grant were built in 2, 3, and 4 bedroom floor plans in under 2000 heated square feet. Since the homes in this community are around 20 years in age, many of them have different style from the neighboring homes, as well as unique features within. The community offers mature trees, a nice pool and clubhouse area, and scenic lake and fountain views. The home owners’ association fees are around $40 a month, and the home prices are quite affordable as well. The more recently sold homes in Kings Grant have gone for prices below $100,000, though there are a few properties currently listed and the prices are in the low 100’s. This is a very affordable price point given the location of the community, and worth seeing in person.
