This morning on the way to Seabrook Plantation for a special DR Horton hosted event, we had the opportunity to pop by a few condo complexes and take a few shots of the buildings and amenities that the different condos offer. First we stopped at Barefoot Resort and took a few photos of Yacht Club Villas and North Tower at Barefoot. These projects are both high-rise condominium projects overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway, Barefoot Landing and Barefoot Marina. Yacht Club Villas is made of three buildings all overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway, and North Tower is right next door with easier access to the swimming pool and Dockside Grill. Heading north still on our way to Seabrook Plantation, we stopped to show a client a foreclosure condo in North Myrtle Beach Golf and Tennis Club, and decided to take some photos of the affordable condo complex. North Myrtle Beach Golf and Tennis is one of the best values in the North Myrtle Beach area if you are searching for something with a short ride to the beach and you don’t want to break the bank. Then we finally reached our destination of Seabrook Plantation right around lunchtime, and just in time for some delicious BBQ from Stickey Fingers. The community is situated nicely on what used to be Robber’s Roost Golf Course, and is close to the beach accesses near Main Street and the Cherry Grove exit.
