Emerald Lakes is a Manufactured and Modular home community located off of Highway 501 close to Tanger Outlets and Carolina Forest. This community offers many double wide mobile homes with the property, brick skirting and many other options. Because of the style, age and design of these homes, financing is usually not a problem with companies that lend on Manufactured homes. There are not many Manufactured Home Communities located in the Carolina Forest area of Myrtle Beach. Emerald Lakes is one of two communities where you can find Manufactured Housing.
