Covington Lake
Covington Lake is located on Carolina Forest Blvd between Walker’s Woods and established Spring Lake. This community of custom homes was development a little different than any other neighborhood in the Carolina Forest Area. The neighborhood is restricted to all brick or stucco homes. The neighborhood was also developed amongst conservation areas with large cul-de-sac courts throughout. Covington Lake homes sold really well from the beginning and the developer is currently working on Covington Lake East directly across the street.
