Conway real estate offers an abundance of new home communities and the city itself has refaced the downtown river walk area of the town. There are great local restaurants, bakeries, art galleries and boutiques downtown. The area also offers lovely boat tours of the downtown river walk areas.

Conway has been preserved as a historic town with large oak trees and historic sites. This small town has actually been named the “Tree City” based on its planting and protection of trees. Oddly enough, some roads have actually been built with trees in the middle of them, causing traffic to narrow down to a single lane permitting room for the trees’ continued growth. Also worth mentioning, is the beautiful Main Street Bridge that leads to Myrtle Beach. This bridge has been designed with old street lamps lining each side of it, and really maintains an old world charm.
