Carolina Lakes is a large subdivision on single family homes just East of Conway off of Highway 544. This neighborhood is appealing to many, because there is no home owner’s association fee. The homes within Carolina Lakes are mostly older, and mostly ranch style on decent size lots. You will find homes with only driveways, or one and two car garages when driving through the neighborhood. Several of the houses are located on nice lakes, and many back to neighboring homes.

The Carolina Lakes neighborhood does not have a community swimming pool, or clubhouse. Still the neighborhood remains desirable for its location, and community feel.
