Belle Grove – Homes in Carolina Forest

At the intersection of Carolina Forest Boulevard and River Oaks Drive is the single family neighborhood of Bellegrove. Centex Homes was the developer of Belle Grove, and the last homes were finished early 2007. There are three series of homes that were constructed in Bellegrove known as Belle Grove Oaks, Belle Grove Palms and Belle Grove Willows. Belle Grove is a Carolina Forest community that offers homes from 1000 heated square feet to homes that are over 3000 square feet in size. Children that live in Belle Grove attend Ocean Bays Elementary, Ocean Bay Middle and Carolina Forest High Schools. Enjoy the easy access to Highway 31, Highway 501 and International Drive over to many of Myrtle Beach’s attractions. The community of Belle Grove has the best location of convenience out of all the Carolina Forest real estate. The community offers a pool area for the residences of Belle Grove.

The homes of Belle Grove range in size with the smaller series being the homes located in Belle Grove Oaks. The homes are typically small ranch and some two story homes with upstairs extra bedrooms. The larger homes of Belle Grove can be found in the Bellegrove Willows section. Here you will will find mostly two story large homes with larger home sites, and still priced comparable to many other Carolina Forest neighborhoods. The Bellegrove Palms section was the latest development of Belle Grove, and has a more Charleston style theme with wrap around porches and detached garages. This section of Bellegrove was mostly developed during the peak of the Myrtle Beach real estate market, and we have seen lots of these homes being sold as foreclosures and short sales.
