The community of Avalon is located approximately 2.5 miles off of Highway 501 and directly behind the Carolina Forest Community Church off of Carolina Forest Blvd. Avalon offers about a dozen floor plans with over 700 homes within the neighborhood. The home owner’s association of Avalon is serviced by Wright Management, and the home owner fees within the community have been held relatively constant over the past 5 years.

With the home owner’s fee, the community of Avalon enjoys a junior Olympic size swimming pool, and hot tubs with open pavilion for entertaining. Also, outside the pavilion is a large children’s play area, bocce ball court, a gazebo for relaxing, full basketball court, soccer field and baseball field. Living in the community also includes trash pickup on Fridays and Excaliber Security does a great job of keeping the grounds safe an enjoyable. There are also several events yearly for homeowners and guest of Avalon, and many side extras planned by the residents of Avalon.
