Avalon in Carolina Forest is a great neighborhood with a wonderful entrance way and great amenities. The community consist of 11-acres with many lakes and plenty of conservation areas. Avalon offers its residents and guests a junior Olympic swimming pool, softball, soccer fields a full size basketball court, playground and even a newly added bocheball court. Avalon is located in Carolina Forest between Conway and Myrtle Beach. Turn on Carolina Forest Boulevard and you are only 2.8 miles to the impressive neighborhood. If you pass by the waterfall on the left hand side past Carolina Forest Community Church, you have gone too far. Turn around and see what Avalon has to offer. Avalon offers some of the least expensive homes in Carolina Forest, but the upkeep of the neighborhood matches that of some of the higher end property. Wright Management is the property manager of the community and you can often see Excaliber security driving around to make sure that everything is in order or that no one is abusing the recreational equipment.
