Ashton Acres is a small single family home community located off of Highway 57 in Little River. The neighborhood is located just a few miles from Highway 9, and offers easy access to Highway 31 for reasonable commute to the other areas of Myrtle Beach. Most of the homes are small ranch style homes with two car attached garages. There are a few two story homes, and several that are single level with bonus rooms over the garage.

Most of the homes in Ashton Acres are from 1300 to 2000 heated square feet, and rest on small lots. The HOA (Home Owner’s Association) fee is low, and includes trash pickup and I believe basic cable. Ashton Acres is an alternative to living in the congestion that beach life seems to offer, but you are close enough that you can get over to the ocean in about 15 minutes.
