Brighton Woods

Brighton Woods is just West of Surfside Beach in the Burgess Community off of Highway 707, and close to Holmestown Road. This community originally constructed by Lennar offers 5 floor plans from nearly 1750 square feet to 2150 square. All of the homes have two car garages, and many upgrades that are builder standard. Lennar is a builder that doesn’t offer options, but includes the upgrades already installed with the base price. For example the last time I visited Brighton Woods, the homes had hardwood floors in the dining area and foyer, along with upgraded carpet through the rest of the home. The kitchens were stocked with Corian Counter Tops, Tile Back Splashes, Stainless Steel Appliances and 42” raise pane cabinets with brushed nickel hardware. Fireplaces were standard in the models we were looking at along with smooth ceilings including a tray ceiling in the master bedroom. Lennar didn’t leave much out of these homes at a great price.
