Bridge Creek is a housing subdivision with some condos, and a few townhomes. This community is located approximately one mile North of Socastee High School off of Highway 707. Bridge Creek is one of the many Socastee neighborhoods that do not have Home Owner’s Association fees, and the restrictions that are usually involved with these associations. This neighborhood has become very popular to many, because of your right to use your property as deemed necessary as long as your use is within the guidelines set forth
by Horry County for properties zoned residential.

The homes of Bridge Creek are typically older homes with some exceptions, and constructed mostly of wood frame or brick exterior. Many of the homes are equipped with small one car garages, but many only have driveways. Location is important to note when considering this neighborhood. Bridge creek is close to local area boat landings looking out over the Intracoastal Waterway. Socastee Elementary and High Schools are approximately one mile away.
