Salters Cove

Salter’s Cove is one of the only single family home communities East of Highway Business 17 in Garden City. Most of the original homes of Salter’s Cove are Modular in construction, and only have a driveway for parking. Since Salter’s Cove was founded, many have built homes on vacant lots. Also, there have been a great number of homeowners that have added garages to their existing structures. There are basically two styles of home in Salter’s Cove. In the front of the
community close to Highway 17, you will find ranch style homes. In the rear of the community, closer to the clubhouse you will find raised beach style homes.

Salter’s Cove offers a vast amount of amenities that make this community appealing to many. There is a community pool and playground area. Near the pool is the homeowner’s clubhouse with grills, picnic tables and much more. Near the front of the community off Southwind Court, there are lighted tennis courts. The best amenity of all is the location to the beach, and the ability of homeowners to drive golf carts down to the ocean.
