Aquila Estates
Aquila Estates is a single family home community down Highway 701 South just minutes from downtown Conway. This community is much desired in the Conway area, because the homes are nicely constructed, and there are no POA (Property Owner’s Association) fees within the community. All the homes that I have viewed in the neighborhood are either 3 or 4 bedrooms in size and range from 1300 heated square feet to nearly 2500 square feet. Aquila Estates is in a great location with easy access to Highway 501 for a simple
commute to the Myrtle Beach Area.
There were several builders that purchased home sites and built with Aquila Estates. One of the things that make this an attractive community is that is not a “Cookie Cutter” neighborhood and still offers an attractive price for the most part.
