The Farm
 The Farm is a large community centrally located in Carolina Forest with easy access to Highway 501 and International Drive. When finished, “The Farm” is to boast close to 1000 homes. This neighborhood, as evidenced by the name, has a neighborhood theme of “Farm Life” in a
neighborhood friendly atmosphere. The Farm offers great amenities along with a great location. The neighborhood has two pools, a children’s playground, clubhouse, fitness center and bike paths. The pool is very large at nearly 8000 square feet. There are several floor plans available from DR Horton and several properties available through resale on the Multiple Listing Service.
